Ok it is the middle of the night and here I am wide awake. Lots of work to do tomorrow...now 4am. that would be a great time to go back to sleep for a couple of hours if I thought it might work, but will I just lay there and think about IRS Code section 403(b) and the project I need to finish in the morning..So tick tock!
