Nice, France

Nice, France: I spent most of today down with a little cold while Tom Mingle explored. Felt good to sleep. Our room is largely lavender which amuses me quite a bit since that is my favorite color and quite surprising.

Our room is largely lavender which amuses me quite a bit since that is my favorite color and quite surprising. We have been to several Brasseries to eat and have not been able to find French Onion Soup, our favorite. I did not realize it was a regional dish and since the French Riviera used to be Italy I assume that will change as we move west and north. Joie de vivre....
